Agenda (10/09/2025 to 10/12/2025)

This is EARLY arrival day for some reunion attendees. This is a great day to explore Las Vegas and get comfortable in your hotel setting while you have the time.

As available, the Reunion Committee may be able to provide your reunion bag, with t-shirt, upon request. 

This is the day when most arrivals occur. BUT, get ready for fun ... 

7PM SHARP - African and Wakanda Themed Reunion Banquet 

This will be held at an event center within a few miles of the Las Vegas Strip. Bring your appetites, and dancing shoes. There will be food, fun, and entertainment to celebrate the night in style amongst family and friends!

Come dressed in your African best!!! We will celebrate, fellowship, and party the night away. 

FYI - All reunion bags, with t-shirt, will be provided for pickup at the banquet.

FYI - Limited transportation may be available from the Reunion Committee.

After sleeping in a bit from the fun Friday night, get ready to have more outdoor adventures and FUN ...

1PM SHARP - Family Reunion BBQ and Famnic (Family Picnic)

We will be playing games, eating some tasty BBQ, and loving on one another. This is FAMILY day, so PLEASE wear your reunion t-shirt. All reunion bags, with your t-shirt, will be provided at the Friday night banquet.

The BBQ and Famnic should end around 5PM. 

8PM - Karaoke and Dance

Those that want to link and go karaoke are welcome to join us! More details will be provided by the Reunion Committee Team, as available.

FYI - Limited transportation may be available from the Reunion Committee.

At 9:00AM SHARP - We will host an online family fellowship service

This will be a Teams meeting in which we will have prayer, songs, and fellowship from our respective locations. 

PLEASE join us!

We also understand many will be leaving Las Vegas and heading home. We will send each attendee home with LOVE and PRAYERS.
